PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) defines the procedure for collecting, storing, and using the information and personal data of visitors to the website givingtuesday.ua (the “Site”), owned by NGO Zagoriy FOUNDATION (EDRPOU code 45425394, located at: 01010 Kyiv, 32/2 Ostrozkykh Knyaziv Str.), registered under Ukrainian law (the “Organisation”).
The owner and manager of the personal data of the website users is NGO “Zagoriy FOUNDATION “.
By using the Site (browsing web pages, clicking links, filling out registration forms, applications, questionnaires, etc.), the user consents to the collection, storage, and use of their information and personal data by the Organisation in accordance with the terms of this Policy. The user confirms that they have read and understood the procedures, purposes, and conditions of personal data use in accordance with Articles 6, 8, 10, and 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”. If the user disagrees with the terms of the Policy, they should immediately leave the Site.
The user confirms that they are legally capable and have the authority to consent to the processing of personal data as specified in this Policy or any forms, applications, or registration provided on the Site. If the necessary legal capacity is lacking, consent has been provided by the user’s parents, guardians, or legal representatives.
By accepting this Policy, the user agrees to the processing of applications, questionnaires, registration forms, and other personal data they provide when filling out forms on the Site to 1) use the Site, 2) participate in events organized by the Organisation, 3) explore cooperation or partnership opportunities with the Organisation.

6.3. If any part of this Policy is invalid, the rest of the Policy remains in full force.
